CONGRATULATIONS TO COACH JOE AND MELISSA ON THE BIRTH OF THEIR DAUGHTER | Born May 9th
Everyone is healthy and happy. Coach Joe will take a little break to be with his family, so if possible please direct questions or concerns to one of the other coaches or paq.office@gmail.com.

Blue 3:00–4:00 pm
Silver 3:00–4:15 pm
Gold 3:00–4:30 pm
Junior 4:00–5:45 pm
Senior and Senior Elite 4:30–6:45 pm
Varsity I and II 5:45–7:00 pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri (no practice Wed)
AM practices will be held from 5:45–7:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
